The fees outlined above are inclusive of SALT 2010 conference documentation, speaker-provided materials, refreshments, and meals as indicated on the conference agenda. Dress at the SALT Conference is business attire unless otherwise indicated on the agenda. SALT name badges must be worn at all times throughout the SALT Conference in order to gain admission to all sessions, meals and functions.

SkyBridge has secured a limited number of guest rooms at the exclusive SALT Conference rate of $159 per night between May 17 and May 22. These rooms will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The negotiated rate will not be available after Wednesday, April 28, 2010. McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the nearest airport to Bellagio.

Members of the press or media wishing to attend SALT 2010 must request advance approval of SkyBridge by contacting Jonathan McEvoy at +1.212.485.3103 or jmcevoy@skybridgecapital.com prior to completing the online registration form.

Upon arrival at SALT 2010, all registrants will be required to certify that they are not attending as a member of the press or media, nor will they disseminate any of the content discussed or presented from May 19-21, 2010 via any media form (including, but not limited to, print/electronic newspapers/journals/blogs/forums) without the expressed prior approval of SkyBridge.

All attendees will be required to submit a business card and may be asked to present photographic identification upon arrival to the conference. Failure to comply with the aforementioned guidelines may be grounds for immediate expulsion from the event without compensatory remuneration.

Registration cancellation requests received in writing on or prior to April 30, 2010 will qualify for a refund, less a 15% administration fee. No refund will be given on cancellation requests received after this date. Should the original delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge; in this case, please contact SkyBridge Capital to update the participant registration details. In the unlikely event of conference cancellation for any reason, neither SkyBridge, nor its affiliated entities, nor its employees accepts responsibility for travel and/or accommodation costs or consequential losses incurred by prospective delegates as a result of any such cancellation. SkyBridge recommends that prospective delegates arrange appropriate insurance cover.

Privacy Policy
The information you provide during conference registration will be safeguarded by sponsor firm SkyBridge Capital II, LLC, ("SkyBridge") who may use it to keep you informed of relevant products and services. A list of 2010 SkyBridge Alternatives (SALT) Conference ("SALT Conference") participant names/member firms will also be disseminated and posted on the SALT Conference website (www.saltconference.com). You will be given the opportunity to opt out of participation in this list, in full or in part, when completing the online registration form.

SkyBridge does not share any nonpublic personal information with any nonaffiliated third parties, except in the following circumstances: (1) disclosure to companies that provide services necessary to effect a transaction that you request or to service your account; and (2) disclosure to government agencies, courts, parties to lawsuits, or regulators in response to subpoenas. In such cases, SkyBridge will share only the information that it is required or authorized to share.

Intellectual Property
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the prospective delegate hereby consents to be a part of photographs, videos or other recordings taken at the SALT Conference and authorizes the use and reproduction of such by SkyBridge or any other person authorized by SkyBridge. All such photographs videos or other recordings, including any and all intellectual property in connection therewith, shall be the sole property of SkyBridge. To the extent such ownership rights vest in you by operation of law or otherwise, the prospective delegate hereby assigns all right title and interest in such intellectual property to SkyBridge. The prospective delegate hereby expressly releases SkyBridge, and its assigns, agents and employees from all privacy, defamation or other claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of any of the above.
